We use sales enquiry, customer service request, support request, and bug report forms to let you contact us. These forms collect contact information, such as your name and e-mail address that is used to respond to your enquiry. This information will not be supplied to third parties.

The Otaku Software online store is powered by Plimus, and relies on Plimus technology to process your credit card payment online in a secure fashion. When you order a product from our online store, we collect details, such as your name, email address, and the product you are purchasing, and pass this information on to Plimus. This information will only ever be sent to Plimus for ordering purposes, and it will not be supplied to third parties other than Plimus.

During the ordering process, Plimus will prompt you to enter in other order details, such as your credit card information. Information we automatically collect

When you connect to the Internet, your computer is given a unique identification code called an "IP address." Depending on the way you access the Internet, your IP address may be the same each time, or you may have a different IP address each time you connect. We log your IP address when you download a file from our website. We use your IP address to help with system administration and to diagnose problems with our server.
