I'm seeing graphical glitches when using TopDesk. What can I do?

Firstly, make sure your graphics card drivers are up to date. The drivers for the most popular graphics cards are available at the following sites:

Common graphical problems include:

You experience random slowdown/freezing when a large number of windows are tiled.

If your desktop is running in a high resolution with FSAA enabled and you are experiencing random freezing when tiling, please lower your desktop resolution/color depth and/or disable FSAA using your graphics card control panel.

All or some windows are blank when tiled.

This issue is caused by your graphics card running out of resources. Lowering your desktop resolution and/or color depth and updating your graphics card drivers may help. Additionally, increasing the AGP Aperture Size in your BIOS may also resolve the problem. If your system has 256 MB of RAM, set your AGP Aperture Size to 128 MB. If your system has 512 MB or more of RAM, set your AGP Aperture Size to 256 MB.

Start Menu or System Tray programs flash on screen when tiled windows are being displayed.

To resolve this problem, exit all applications that generate system tray notifications, such as Microsoft Outlook and Windows Messenger.
