Can I Upgrade To The Current Version?

If your order reference number isn't recognized, you may have accidently entered your account ID.

You can make sure you're entering the correct order reference number by checking the order receipt email you received from Plimus when you ordered. Please note that you need to check the order receipt email you received from Plimus, not the email you received from Otaku Software.

Some download managers can interfere with the download process. If you're using a download manager and are experiencing any problems downloading, please disable the download manager and try again. If you still can't download your software please contact Customer Service.

I Haven't Received My Software Yet

We'll contact you as soon as your order has been processed. Credit card orders are processed immediately, but purchases made via wire transfer, money order, or PayPal eCheck can take up to five business days to process. If you've made a purchase using one of these payment methods and you haven't heard from us after five business days, please contact Customer Service.

After your order has been processed, you will receive two emails:

  • A purchase receipt email from Plimus, our payment processor.
  • A download instructions email from Otaku Software.

Please allow up to two hours after your order has been processed to receive these emails. If your email account has a spam-filter, these emails may be sent to your junk email folder. If you're using a spam filtering service that requires manual email authorization, such as Spam Arrest, please allow up to one business day to receive these emails.

How Do I Download My Software?

To download your software go to the Download Software You've Ordered or Upgrade to the Latest Version section of this page, enter the email address you supplied when you ordered and your order reference number, then press the Download button.

How Do I Upgrade To The Latest Version?

Upgrades are free for owners of version 1.x of our software up to, but not including, version 2.0. Upgrades to version 2.0 will be free for customers who purchase version 1.x up to 90 days before the release of version 2.0, and will be available at a discount to all other owners of a version 1.x license.

To upgrade to the latest version of a product:

  • Go to the Download Software You've Ordered or Upgrade to the Latest Version section of this page.
  • Enter the email address you supplied when you ordered and your order reference number, then press the Download button; the latest version will begin downloading.
  • After the latest version has finished downloading, uninstall the current version (if it's already on your system).
  • Finally, install the latest version that you just downloaded.

What's My Order Reference Number?

Your order reference number is listed in both the order receipt email you received from Plimus and the order confirmation email you received from Otaku Software. If you didn't receive an order receipt email from Plimus, please contact them.

If you ordered via credit card, you can look up your order reference number via the Plimus "Find Order" page. If you ordered using another payment method, please contact Plimus to find out your order reference number.

If you're customer who ordered using our previous order system (i.e. you received a download link email), your order reference number is the order number listed in the download link email you received.
