To download your software go to the main Help page, enter the email address you supplied when you ordered and your order reference number, then press the Download button.

To upgrade to the newest version of a product:

Your order reference number is listed in the download details email you received from us when you first ordered. If you didn't receive a download details email, please contact Customer Service.

If your order reference number isn't recognized, you may have accidently entered it incorrectly.

You can make sure you're entering the correct order reference number by checking the download details email you received from us when you ordered.

Some download managers can interfere with the download process. If you're using a download manager and are experiencing any problems downloading, please disable the download manager and try again.
